UEFA and DFB form joint venture for EURO 2024

The German Football Association (DFB) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) have announced the formation of a joint venture for the operational planning and execution of the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament, which will be held in Germany.

The joint venture, which will be called EURO 2024 GmbH, will be responsible for all aspects of the tournament, including venue management, ticketing, marketing, and security. The DFB will hold a majority stake in the joint venture, with UEFA holding a minority stake.
